Please read all our terms carefully before using this platform. Your account, transactions, and gaming activities are governed by these terms.
1. Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the 77ad platform and all its associated services ("77ad", "we", "us") and the users of the platform ("you", "member").
By accessing the platform through the 77ad website, mobile version, or any other channel, or by creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this platform.
These terms must be read together with 77ad's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. All these documents together form a single legal framework that governs the relationship between you and us.
2. Eligibility & Age Verification
To use the 77ad platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age ("for those aged 21 and above only").
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
- You must operate the account in your own name, for yourself, and using your own funds.
- You are not currently in recovery from a problematic gambling addiction.
- None of your previous 77ad accounts have been permanently closed.
We may request documents for age and identity verification at any time. 77ad reserves the right to suspend withdrawals from an account until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure, and deposited funds may be forfeited where applicable.
3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration
Only one account is permitted per individual. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited. You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information at the time of registration.
3.2 Account Security
You bear full responsibility for keeping your username and password confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Account Closure
You may close your account at any time through the 77ad Login page or by contacting our support team directly. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, however bonus funds will be cancelled if wagering conditions have not been met.
3.4 Account Suspension
77ad reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account for the following reasons:
- Serious breach of these terms.
- Fraud, bonus abuse, or any other dishonest activity.
- Failure to complete age or identity verification.
- Financial irregularities or suspicious transactions.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the 77ad platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and the following rules apply:
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
77ad supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are currently available.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the same across all methods).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal funds are generally sent within 5–30 minutes. However, bank transfers may take slightly longer due to the processing time of the relevant bank.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until identity verification is complete. If there is any bonus balance, it cannot be withdrawn before its wagering conditions are met.
4.5 Deposit Responsibility
Funds deposited into your account must come from your own assets. Using a third party's account or funds is strictly prohibited. If the source of funds is found to be suspicious, the account will be placed under investigation.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at 77ad will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳6,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
77ad monitors for abuse of bonus benefits. The following behaviour may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure:
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Completing bonus wagering using low-risk strategies intended to exploit the system.
- Sharing bonus benefits with others.
5.4 Promotion Changes
77ad reserves the right to change, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time. Contact 77ad's support team for the latest information on current offers.
6. Gaming Rules
The 77ad platform offers slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, bingo, and other games. All games are operated in accordance with applicable technical and fair play standards.
6.1 Software Errors
Any payout resulting from a software or server error will be considered void. In such cases, 77ad will attempt to refund the original stake to the affected player.
6.2 Disconnection
77ad is not responsible for internet disconnections. However, for live games, action will be taken in accordance with the game provider's policy.
6.3 Sports Betting
For cricket and other sports betting, market settlement, result confirmation, and payout processing are governed by 77ad's own rules. In the event of any dispute, 77ad's decision will be considered final.
6.4 Manipulation Prohibited
Participation in match fixing, manipulation, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately and action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.
7. VIP Program Terms
77ad's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Players can move to a higher tier based on their activity and participation. 77ad reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms, and members will be informed appropriately if changes are made.
8. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion
77ad places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.

- Missed games or losses caused by internet disconnection.

- Issues with the user's own device or network.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
In no circumstance will 77ad's total liability exceed the amount you deposited in the disputed transaction.
11. Changes to Terms & Contact
